This month we've scoured the Sunny Coast for picture perfect plates – dishes that not only look good, but taste amazing.

Parmesan Roasted Corn and Potato Haystack

Green pea and mint puree, roasted field mushrooms, whipped goat’s cheese, pumpkin gel, avocado and crispy chickpeas. The Velo Project is an antique, bohemian café tucked away on Careela Street in Mooloolaba – a hidden gem that deserves to be made known. The restaurant is driven to produce both sustainable and high quality service for all of their customers. Proudly sourced from local growers, their organic and unpolished meals match the funky atmosphere. They even offer food for your four-legged friends!

Finger Lime Mousse

Finger lime bavarois with longans, dragonfruit, vanilla and grated coconut. Since September 2010, Thomas Corner Eatery has wowed the public with their fresh, industrial dining experience along Noosa River. The restaurant presents a variety of wholesome meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with locally grown cuisine and their desserts are mouth-watering. The contemporary and easy-going vibe only adds to the quality of Thomas Corner.
